Blue Aqua works with newly acquired businesses, or existing enterprises on all aspects of business operations and development. Blue Aqua utilizes a multi-phase assessment to inform decisions and direct the process. There are three primary ways we structure engagements:

    1. Assess the operation and provide strategic guidance/business plan.

    2. Work on a long-term retainer-based consulting arrangement

    3. Immerse ourselves in the business for 12-24 months and create a plan and procure the needed personnel to deliver success.

Blue Aqua has an established network in the family office, private equity, and venture capital markets. This accessibility produces large volumes of deal flow and strategic investment opportunities. We utilize a high-level vetting sequence to qualify/disqualify opportunities. The selection process does not validate specific investments but ensures four key points.

  1. The company has a viable offering.

  2. The market will likely accept this offering.

  3. Business model is sound, and resources have been allocated or identified.

  4. The allocation and use of proceeds are logical.

Additionally, we can utilize our extensive network to research specific target markets that are of interest to the client.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Independent retailers are no strangers to the David vs Goliath battle. They have had to withstand the pressure of box stores and discount retailers for years. This battle has gotten even more difficult with digital commerce becoming a go to for many consumers.
