Shane Michelli

Shane Michelli started his career in the independent retail industry, an area he is still passionate about. He used the skills learned there to transition to corporate retail, where he found himself in a senior leadership role with Lowe’s. During Shane’s tenure at Lowe’s he championed market development, opening new metropolitan markets and helping turnaround underperforming regions. His passion for operational excellence, through team development and leadership, was recognized, as he was awarded the Gallup Organization’s Leadership Award. Shane become a master at analyzing consumer behavior and predicting market trends. These skills were instrumental in driving revenues, outperforming profit goals, and maximizing ROI. Shane used the knowledge gained in this consumer-centric environment to lead two international multi-brand consumer products conglomerates, Easton and Synergy.

Shane took over the reigns at Easton as they were celebrating their 90th anniversary. Easton’s highly recognizable brand was synonymous with the sporting goods marketplace. The results of these efforts were evident as Easton experienced double digit revenue and profit growth every year, while Shane was at the helm.

Shane has led world-class manufacturing facilities supplying products to the retail, aerospace, automotive, military, agriculture, and medical industries.

After departing Easton, Shane, with his wife Stephanie, founded Antler Ridge. Antler Ridge had holdings in manufacturing, infrastructure, consumer goods, hospitality, commercial real estate, technology, and consulting.

Using Antler Ridge as the managing member, Shane teamed up with 3 additional family offices to form TNE Management. Shane became the CEO of TNEM and managed the investment process and operated the portfolio.

Shane specializes in business development, strategic management, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, negotiations, multi-generational companies, infrastructure creation, and brand creation and revitalization.
